Terms of Service

Little Nuvie is operated by SAVORY DELIGHT RECIPES LLC.

Products and prices

Product descriptions, colours and sizes may vary slightly from photographs and from brand to brand. Prices are in USD and exclude sales tax; sales tax is calculated at checkout. The price at checkout will not be higher than the price shown on the product page, except for sales tax and, where applicable, the separate paid shipping rate for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

Order acceptance

An order is accepted when it is dispatched. If a product becomes unavailable from our supplier before dispatch, we will contact you promptly with a replacement offer or a full refund.

Shipping and returns

Free standard shipping to the contiguous United States on all orders, no minimum. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands ship at a separate paid rate shown at checkout. Orders are prepared and shipped from our fulfilment partner in California. Please allow 1-2 business days for handling, plus 3-6 business days in transit to the contiguous United States.

You may return an unworn, unwashed item with its tags attached within 30 days of delivery. For a change of mind or wrong size, you pay the return shipping. For a damaged, wrong or defective item, we pay the return shipping and will replace it or refund you. Refunds go to your original payment method.

Full details are on the Shipping Policy and Returns Policy pages, which form part of these terms.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe using cards. We do not store full card numbers.

Intellectual property and liability
